At Laminat-Shop24, we want you to be completely satisfied with your flooring. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused and unopened flooring packs within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or our contact form with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the laminate planks are in their original, unopened packaging and securely stack them on a pallet or in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Goods

  Drop off your package at a designated carrier point or schedule a freight pickup for larger pallet orders through our authorized logistics partners.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned materials and confirms they are in resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
